How to access iLs Resources:

Once you log in, using the above link, you will be in ‘My Dashboard.’ Headers at the top of the screen will lead you to products and resources.

Click the Account link on the top right of the screen to return to your dashboard anytime. The left navigation panel allows you to look at various aspects of your account, including order history.


Issue: Password not accepted after receiving email and following link.
Solution: You may need to clear your browser’s cache. The following are steps to do so in your browser:

Internet Explorer 9
1. Select Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history….
2. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
3. You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.

1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Options
2. Select the Advanced panel.
3. Click on the Network tab.
4. In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
5. Click OK to close the Options window

Issue: Receive message “This email address was not found in our records.”
Solution: Send us an email and we will create an account for you.

Issue: Receive message “Invalid login or password.”
Solution: Click on “Forgot Your Password?” and enter the new password you receive via email.

Issue: I forgot my password.
Solution: Click on “Forgot Your Password?” and enter the new password you receive via email.

Issue: Pages are not loading properly / links are behaving oddly.
Solution: Update your web browser to the latest version.

Question: Can I still order by phone?
