The Associate Resource Center is for professionals who have completed iLs training and certification. Log in for access to the Associate Store, Forms & Documents for implementing iLs, Research documents, Archived Case Studies, etc.

How to use the Resources Center:

Once you log in, using the above link, you will be in ‘My Dashboard.’ Headers at the top of the screen will lead you to products and resources.

Click the Account link on the top right of the screen to return to your dashboard anytime. The left navigation panel allows you to look at various aspects of your account, including order history.

Questions/Issues:

Issue: Password not accepted after receiving email and following link
Solution: You may need to clear your browser’s cache. The following are steps to do so in your browser:

Internet Explorer 9
1. Select Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history….
2. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
3. You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.

Firefox
1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Options
2. Select the Advanced panel.
3. Click on the Network tab.
4. In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
5. Click OK to close the Options window

Issue: Receive message “This email address was not found in our records.”
Solution: Send us an email and we will create an account for you.

Issue: Receive message “Invalid login or password.”
Solution: Click on “Forgot Your Password?” and enter the new password you receive via email.

Issue: I forgot my password.
Solution: Click on “Forgot Your Password?” and enter the new password you receive via email.

Issue: I forgot my login.
Solution: Send us an email and we will create an account for you.

Issue: Pages are not loading properly / links behaving oddly.
Solution: Update your web browser to the latest version.

Question: Can I purchase any iLs equipment in the store that I could purchase over the phone?
Solution: Yes, you may purchase all equipment which was previously only available by phone.

Question: Can I still order by phone?
Solution: Yes, you may still order by phone (303.741.4544)

Question: How do I navigate once in the Associate Resource Center?
Solution: Once you log in, you will be taken to your Dashboard. From here you may choose “Systems” to purchase iLs Systems, “Accessories” to purchase iLs Accessories, or “Resources” to access Associate documents. To return to your Dashboard at any time, click on “My Account” in the top right corner of your screen.
