Unyte Health Inc. is searching for a customer-focused professional with a combination of exceptional communication skills, relationship awareness, problem-solving orientation, and sound judgment.
Reporting to the Head of Client Experience, the Client Success Administrator is a new role that will take our client experience to the next level.
Some key responsibilities you will hold:
- Be the first point of contact for our clients and champion our value “How can I Help?”
- Respond to inquiries and build rapport with clients via telephone, email, and chat
- Appropriately analyze, troubleshoot, resolve and escalate issues (as needed) associated with hardware, software, mobile apps, orders, accounts, billing, login and shipping
- Work collaboratively with Sales and other departments to implement client experience strategies that strengthen the brand and the client experience
- Drive self-service and automation by maintaining our client support knowledge base and improving processes
- Develop and generate client and usage reports
- Manage the administration of delinquencies, returns, reports, and distribute promo lists to partners
- Connect with the shipping and logistics team to ensure orders are processed and shipped
Requirements & attributes that will ensure your success in this role:
- Completed University or college degree
- 1+ years of demonstrated customer service experience with a track record of building and fostering relationships
- Self-driven with exceptional time management and a love to complete tasks on time – you get stuff done!
- Strong attention to detail and motivated by producing high-quality work that others trust
- Strong written and verbal communication, and active listening skills
- Experience with customer experience tools like Zendesk and HubSpot
- Experience with workflow management tools like MS Office, Google Drive, Slack, Trello
- Comfortable using technology platforms including Mac, PC, iOS and Android
- Fluent in conversational Spanish is an advantage
- Bonus if you have experience in start-ups and an understanding of health and wellness industries
- Curious mindset with a desire to learn new things and grow your skills
