Expert Mentorship for Clinics and Teams
The Bridge Between Theory and Confident Delivery
Mentorship is a key benefit of Unyte Health’s Clinic and Groups Solutions that bridges the gap between training and real-world delivery. Designed to help your clinical team be prepared and confident in using Unyte listening therapies, mentorship enables you to make strides with clients and thrive in your clinical practice.
Through this process, mentorship builds more than skill. Just as our listening therapies help clients feel regulated and supported, mentorship gives your clinical team that same sense of safety. It’s a space where providers can reflect, recharge and restore confidence in their work — reducing burnout and strengthening the capacity to deliver care.

I have 10 years of experience in the field of social work and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I have been providing Safe and Sound Protocol virtually and remotely to clients of various communities for three years and Integrated Listening Systems for two years. I primarily work with individual adults and I work with families and couples/relationships as well. I have a group private practice that I run in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada for the past four years. The clients that I tend to work with the most in offering SSP or iLs are trauma survivors, people with chronic illnesses and conditions, and neurodivergent. At my private practice, I serve neurodivergent, polyamorous, kinky, BIPOC, people who are highly dissociative, trauma survivors, and 2SLGBTQIAP+ communities.
I have experienced the power of these programs myself first hand and I believe in what they can provide for others. I have seen incredible and life-changing results occur through these programs with my clients and my own experience. I have mentored other professionals in setting up these programs in their clinic and I get regular consultation that helps further guide me in delivering these programs through my clinic. I can provide mentorship in an individual or group capacity in a remote, virtual setting.
I am happy to help guide and support new practitioners who are starting out with the programs and how to deliver them to clients or through their clinic. I have experience with complex cases and I am able to support with questions that come up around that.
