Sharon has 18+ years of experience in child welfare in a variety of positions including as a foster care and adoption caseworker and counselor. She has been a therapist in private practice since 2013 using a variety of different neuroplastic brain therapies including both the ILS and the SSP.

Taryn Baumann, OTR/L

Taryn is a clinician, consultant, and educator specializing in child neurodevelopment. She has worked in diverse settings including private practice, schools, home health and therapeutic horseback riding facilities.

Jessica Schultz, COTA/L

Jessica has over 12 years of experience as a therapist and has worked in a variety of occupational therapy and mental health settings including outpatient clinics, schools, a nature-based environment and in-patient facilities. Jessica has been using the SSP in practice since 2017 with children, adolescents and adults and has extensive knowledge of pediatric interventions as well as Trauma-informed care throughout the lifespan.

Sarah is a Social Worker and Certified Wellness Coach that has over 10 years of experience working with individuals who have complex needs. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings such as senior care, home health and in diverse education settings.

Tim has 13 years of experience in the mental health and occupational therapy fields, including clinical experience utilizing the SSP and ILS working with both children and adults.

Britney is a Transformational Coach with over seven years of coaching experience. Her journey began in the fitness industry, where she discovered a deeper calling beyond physical transformation. After working with a trauma-trained coach and mentor who profoundly impacted her life, Britney was inspired to create her own transformational coaching practice. With a passion for the connection between mind, body, and soul, she now supports others in regulating their nervous systems and reclaiming empowered choice in their lives.
