Front line experience: I am fortunate to have a wide variety of over 7 years in sales experience with a background in business and management. This includes managerial experience in retail, representative roles in real estate as well as a swimming and CPR instructor. However, due to my own personal health challenges, my lifelong passion belongs in the use of natural tools and approaches that aid us in becoming our most authentic and true self.
Helping you thrive: I devote a lot of my attention and energy in self care and the practise of authenticity through a variety of natural and holistic approaches. I believe that if we can operate as our best self and serve others in our own unique way it provides the environment for them to do the same.

There are absolutely no layers to how amazing life can be and everybody deserves to embody that capability. The limitless potential we all share is truly remarkable and the fact that we get to do it together makes it special.

Personal interests / for fun / in my spare time: Many! Life is incredibly interesting and there is so much to learn! Songwriting and music creation has been my means to understanding who I am, why I feel the way I do and getting a better grasp on reality. I also love meditation, yoga, basketball, podcasts, cooking, nature, saunas and float tanks! I’m always up for a deep life talk as well 🙂
