NM was born to a 17-year-old single mother that had a history of her own foster care placement, substance abuse, anger issues, bipolar disorder, and borderline intellectual disability. Father unknown.

Mary is currently diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety and Sensory Processing Disorder.

Presenting Problem: Inattention, hyperactivity, aggression, poor peer interactions, auditory processing difficulties, making disruptive sounds or screaming during class

Patient struggled with multi-step directions, executive functioning, math, and reading comprehension.
