Unyte Health Inc. is searching for a proactive, confident, and mindful professional to join our growing Sales team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Associate, Mental Health Programs is an important part of growing our subscription base through lead generation and prospecting. This is a great opportunity to join a team dedicated to making a positive impact in the healthy technology industry. Some key responsibilities you would be performing:
- Proactive outreach to qualified sales leads with the goal of booking product intake calls
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries by phone, email or chat
- Conduct intake calls with prospective customers via video or phone call with the goal of closing on the spot sales
- Assist with handover to Specialized Programs Consultant for product demonstrations as required
- Leverage strong customer prospecting and closing skills to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
- Attend internal webinars to help generate leads
- Assist with developing client proposals and sales collateral
- Maintain database of leads and prospects
Requirements & attributes that will help you succeed in this role:
- University degree or College diploma
- Previous sales experience and/or healthcare sales experience
- Knowledge of mental health or physical health diagnoses and treatment processes, a definite asset
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial team player who loves connecting with people complete tasks on time – you get stuff done
- Effective written and verbal communication, and active listening skills that translate well in person, over the phone, and in email
- Strong attention to detail and motivated by the idea of producing high-quality work that others trust
- A team player who enjoys celebrating team wins as much as your own
- Experience using MS Office, Google Drive, Slack, Trello. CRM software experience is a bonus.
- Language skills other than English are an asset
- Experience in technology or start-ups is a bonus
- A curious mindset with a desire to learn new things and grow your skills
- Desire to laugh, have fun, and express new ideas
