- Polyvagal- and trauma-informed with knowledge and application
- Devoted to maintaining high ethical and care standards including embracing continual evolution and professional development, openness to learning from others and embodying safety and co-regulation

Application Criteria and Scoring
Each application is chronologically reviewed by the Unyte Education Panel and weighed against the following criteria:
- Quality and depth of application and materials
Applications are intended to reflect an applicant’s professionalism, passion, and devotion to mentorship as a whole. - Diversity and composition of the current Unyte Mentors as compared to the needs of the Unyte Provider Community
We aim to create a robust and representative group of Mentors specifically equipped to meet the evolving needs of the Provider Community. Relevant aspects considered can include populations served, specialties, and modalities, among others.

- A qualified Case Study submission
- Resume/CV
- Two letters of recommendation from colleagues or clients

If you believe you would be a suitable Unyte Mentor candidate and meet the listed criteria, we encourage you to fill out the prequalification form below. Once submitted, follow the link presented to you to access the next step in your application.
Please note that not all applicants who meet the described criteria will be approved. Beyond the established criteria, application decisions are subjective; Unyte dynamically limits the number of approved applicants according to current demands and community needs.
Mentorship Pre-Qualification Form
In order to apply to become a Unyte Mentor, you confirm that you:Â
- Hold an accredited academic degree and a valid and active license or qualifying credential
- Maintain current active subscription in Unyte programs, with a minimum of 2 consecutive years of active use
- Delivered to a minimum of thirty (30) SSP clients and/or fifteen (15) ILS clients through program completion
- Have at least five (5) years of relevant professional experience
- Experienced Unyte programs as a client or peer
- Adhere to your profession’s highest ethical and practice standards, as evidenced by the absence of violations or enforcement actions by your profession’s regulatory body and/or substantiated complaints or reports documented by the Unyte quality and safety team.
