There are two health related caveats around Dreampad usage. We recommend that those prone to motion sickness begin using the Dreampad in short sessions of, say, 5-10 minutes to make sure the vibrational music does not trigger a reaction a reaction similar to that of motion sickness. We also caution against leaving the Dreampad in the crib of a child one year or younger because of the risk of SIDS. Children and adults with medical conditions should consult their doctor before using.
