Sharon has 18+ years of experience in child welfare in a variety of positions including as a foster care and adoption caseworker and counselor. She has been a therapist in private practice since 2013 using a variety of different neuroplastic brain therapies including both the ILS and the SSP.

Taryn Baumann, OTR/L

Taryn is a clinician, consultant, and educator specializing in child neurodevelopment. She has worked in diverse settings including private practice, schools, home health and therapeutic horseback riding facilities.

Jessica Schultz, COTA/L

Jessica has over 12 years of experience as a therapist and has worked in a variety of occupational therapy and mental health settings including outpatient clinics, schools, a nature-based environment and in-patient facilities. Jessica has been using the SSP in practice since 2017 with children, adolescents and adults and has extensive knowledge of pediatric interventions as well as Trauma-informed care throughout the lifespan.

Sarah Sirbovan, RSW

Sarah is a Social Worker and Certified Wellness Coach that has over 10 years of experience working with individuals who have complex needs. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings such as senior care, home health and in diverse education settings.

Susan Lester, LCSW, LCAS

Susan is an EMDR-certified therapist currently working in private practice. She specializes in relationships, trauma and addictions and has worked in a variety of inpatient, outpatient and community settings with children, teens and adults. Susan loves using somatic tools alongside psychotherapy with her clients, with the SSP being one of her favorite healing modalities.

Susan Walicki, Certified Coach

Susan is a certified health and wellness coach with a background in user experience design and passion for mind-body therapies, innovative trauma treatment, and nervous system care as a means to holistic well-being. Susan enjoys helping clinicians and providers match solutions to complex client needs with the SSP and ILS.

Tim Bush, COTA/L

Tim has 13 years of experience in the mental health and occupational therapy fields, including clinical experience utilizing the SSP and ILS working with both children and adults.
