Clinical Content Developer:

We are in search of a qualified and passionate Clinical Content Developer to drive the on-going development of Unyte’s training products and resources. This role will advance our education and resource development, supporting cross-functional teams to disseminate best-in-class clinical and scientific education content. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Contribute to the development of training content
  • Support the expansion of the training programs to include on-demand, live and hybrid formats, integrating cohort-based learning and multi-tiered certification programs.
  • Coordinate content creation with internal and external contributors
  • Execute the production of training content, utilizing design tools to bring training content to life through multimedia formats (Canva, Premiere Pro, Audacity).
  • Increase accessibility of training products to include ADA accommodations and international audiences through closed captioning, translation, and other training product enhancements.
  • Work with marketing to regularly participate and host webinars and events such as the ‘Clinical Conversations’ webinar series, working with the Director of Research, Education & Quality, partnerships and marketing leadership and to create, refine and enhance webinar and event content.
  • In collaboration with the research and marketing team, enhance knowledge translation by bringing the results of research to life for the Unyte Health audience.
  • Play a key role in developing and communicating professional guidelines, manuals, and recommendations for users of Unyte programs
  • Support the accreditation of Unyte as an approved provider of continued education (CE) across various disciplines and professional organizations, including CE applications, renewals, reporting and compliance

YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

  • The desire to work for an organization committed to making a positive impact in people’s lives
  • Health science degree from an accredited university with relevant experience 
  • Proficiency in entry-level design and video editing tools, including Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Audacity
  • Demonstrated writing ability, with competencies in clinical and scientific terminology
  • Media literacy, ability to identify quality sources and cite appropriately (e.g. APA)
  • Familiarity with clinical terminology, best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g. HIPAA, FDA)
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft/Google suite of tools, in particular Powerpoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
  • You’re personable and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You’re a team player
  • You enjoy working outside your comfort zone and challenging yourself to tackle new problems in an uncertain fast-changing environment
  • You have a knack for logical problem solving and driving insight from data and information, and packaging up for high-level discussion
  • You enjoy learning and trying out new software/technologies
  • You have a passion for health and wellness and for making a difference in the world

WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Licensed, clinical degree in good standing from an accredited university
  • Experience with learning and development, training programs, and/or clinical instruction
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into accessible multimedia formats
  • Good sense of design and branding
  • Clinical experience in areas of neurodiversity, mental health, sensory and trauma-informed care, and group facilitation
  • Familiarity with listening therapies like Unyte’s programs
  • A background spanning health/science and marketing/design
