Training Registration Terms, Cancellation and Complaint Resolution Policy

Early Cancellation – If a cancellation is made by the registrant (verbally or in writing) 21 days or more in advance of a scheduled course, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.

Late Cancellation – If a cancellation is made less than 21 days in advance of a scheduled course, course fee is not refunded but may be transferred to another iLs course within one year.

Extenuating Circumstances – Requests for refunds due to extenuating situations are reviewed on a case by case basis.

In the event a course is cancelled by iLs, registrants may choose between two fee options: (1) full refund, or (2) transfer course fee to another iLs course within one year.

Complaint Resolution Policy – It is iLs’ policy to address all complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.  Learners and clients are informed in various places (on the website, paperwork etc) of our e-mail address, phone number and physical mailing address should they wish to voice a concern or question.
