Front line experience: I believe humans are created to receive unlimited Love. As a certified cognitive-somatic practitioner and with a background in psychotherapy, along with my personal background in mental health transformations, I battle back-to-back with those blocked from Love by all types of trials, stressors and trauma. Together, we can clear the way for you to receive the Love you were created for physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Helping you thrive: There is no pretending, sometimes life feels like being stuck in a dark, scary cave. But, take it from me, you’re never alone and there is always hope. As a compassionate investigator, I’m not afraid to meet you in tough places and help you find your way into wholehearted living through the beauty of vulnerability.

Keeps me going / Warms my heart: My heart beats for the times I get to join someone on an uphill leg of their journey and – with blood, sweat and tears – cheer them all the way to the top. I come alive when hope is discovered, love is received and transformation is realized!
