Front line experience: Being an avid Vipassana Meditator, I have always been very interested in health and wellness. It took almost a decade in sales and marketing leadership roles in companies such as General Electric and Pepsico to find my ideal job, which allows me to direct my skills and experiences towards helping people.

This passion has led me to speak 5 languages, live in 4 continents and travel to over 60 countries. I am also a nature enthusiast and enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, canoe camping and snowboarding.
