Today’s guided meditation is led by Courtney from the Unyte team.
Courtney is a self-described “stress management geek” and is trained in various stress management methods, including trauma-informed yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices. Her experience prior to joining Unyte as a Client Success Consultant includes experience in operations management for an occupational therapy clinic working with Unyte products, teaching college-level stress management courses and public yoga and meditation classes.
“The common thread throughout has been my interest and ability in supporting others to find their best methods to live and work with greater ease and contentment,” she says.
